The current set up allows a standard pay per service and then the ability to specify different service payouts per photographers. Rather than change it at the photographer level (If I have 3 new hires I have to change the service payout for every service for each photographer), it would be great to be able to build out tiers for different photographer levels. Trainee, Apprentice, Journeyman, etc that would have the service rates stored and we could simply apply that role to the new hire and change it as they progress to automatically adjust the service payout amount based on their role.
