Questions not linked when service is added as a second appointment

I have questions linked to services to determine price based on quantity. When you create an initial appointment it works well. The question asked at checkout assigns the appropriate fee for the service. However, I was recently asked by an agent to add a new service to an existing property/listing. I created the second appointment and added the service. I am not presented with the question to determine the quantity and price. The service appears on the invoice but there is not a fee associated. Answered questions also communicate to the photographer, for example, how many photos to take.
