Request for Automated Calendar Integration and Availability Sync

I’m looking for a more seamless way to integrate my personal calendar with my company calendar. While the current setup offers some integration, I still have to manually update my company calendar whenever I add a personal event or take time off.

Ideally, I’d like to have both calendars fully synced, so that any time I reserve on my personal calendar is automatically reflected as unavailable on my company calendar (Spiro). This would eliminate the need to manually block the same time slots on multiple calendars and ensure that my availability is always accurate across both.

Is there a solution that can automate this process and keep my calendars in sync?
