Square footage pricing

It would be a good idea for businesses using square footage limits in their pricing packages to implement a system where agents cannot input a square footage above the maximum allowed for the selected package. If they do, an additional fee (e.g., $100 per every 100 square feet over the limit) should automatically be added to the total.
