Standard Duration Increase per Appointment vs Just Service

We would like the ability to add a standard duration time to all appointments (i.e. 10 minutes or 15 minutes) to account for expected photographer time for house prep as well as photographer photo upload (see next paragraph for how to split this up if possible). I believe we can currently only set durations per service or bundle, but if we build in prep or upload time to services or bundles, they end up stacking if clients add on additional services. A standard setting in the Scheduling Section under Settings would be very helpful. Then the system could take the total appointment expected duration, and simply add the pre-determined time. Example: Sum of Services = 95 minutes plus Standard Appointment Adder of 15 minutes for house prep = Expected duration time for appointment of 110 minutes.

An extra step would be to also have the option to add to the expected duration for the photographer pay but not to the calendar. For example, if we want to account for 10 mins per appointment to compensate the photographer for uploading photos, but don’t want to extend the time on site expected duration in the calendar for scheduling, it would be great to have that setting as well with a description that states that it will not increase the on site time for scheduling but will add the specified time (10 mins) to the overall expected appointment duration for photographer compensation. This would work well if the photographer is loading at the end of the day vs on site or in between appointments. The system still accounts for it for compensation (Photographer Duration report) but does not impact scheduling activities.

To summarize, it would be great to have a setting for a standard duration increase (i.e. 15 mins for house prep) that gets added to each appointment (vs Service) and impacts the scheduling calendar, as well as a setting for increasing expected duration for each appointment that DOES NOT impact the scheduling calendar but allows easy calculation of photographer compensation per appointment (i.e. add 10 mins to each appointment for photo upload time but do not increase duration on calendar, only photographer expected duration).
