Teams access to Listing and Order Page

Trying to get multiple agents on one team to have access to the listing and order. I have a scenario where the agent has an assistant. The agent wants to micro-manage the assistant and also have access to everything. Other circumstances are having 2 agents working as a team on their listings. It would be nice to have each of them have access to the invoice and order/listing page.
