The "Bundles" and "Add-Ons" section of the Coupon Setup is not working

We ran a campaign offering our contacts a free Starter Package. Our Starter Package pricing is based on the area of the listing, so we can’t use the “Numeric Subtraction.” We can only use the “Percentage of Cost.”

We set our coupon to be a 100% discount applicable to the Starter Package bundle ONLY. We didn’t select any “Add-Ons.” (Please refer to the attached screenshot.)

But when a client booked our offer, they also selected some add-ons, and when they applied the coupon code, the 100% discount was applied to the entire invoice, including the add-ons, when it was only supposed to apply to the Starter Package.

In the Coupon Setup:

Under the BUNDLES, it says: “Select the bundles and services for which this coupon is applicable.”

Under the ADD-ONS, it says: “Select the add-ons for which this coupon is applicable. You can select only the add-ons from selected bundles before.”

So our impression is that we have control over which items the coupon is applied to. But when I reached out to Customer Support, I was told: “You have control over when it can be used, not limiting where it’s used.”

I hope this feature can be fixed or added if I’m not understanding it correctly. Basically, the coupon should not apply to any add-ons if we didn’t select any add-ons in the Coupon Setup.
