Time Variability for Vacant/Occupied, Owner Present/Not Present

Besides square footage, the largest determining factor for how long a shoot will take is if the client in at the property or not, and if the property is vacant or not. On average, properties that are occupied (for me at least) take about 25-50% longer to shoot than those that are vacant. Also, properties where the client isn’t present at the property take about 10% less time to shoot. This would be a huge help.
