TITUS Check out has and extra (& confusing button)

On the check out page after I clicked on the "Pay Now" top button, (screenshot # 1) and select on the next screen "Pay at close with Titus $0 due until the home sells" on the bottom row, (Screenshot #2) another screen opens up saying on the black button "Pay now" again ! Instead of saying "Pay at Close". It would seem to an agent that Pay at Close is not working unless they kept on going and clicked the Pay Now button again ( screenshot #3). Only after Clicking the Pay Now button the actual TITUS webpage for Pay at Close loads. applications opens up! The third screen should be saying Pay at Close NOT Pay now...IT needs to be fixed because it can lead to confusion and might make an agent wondering what is really going on and if they are doing it correctly.

They need to just either modify the button on the last screenshot #3 to say "Pay at Close" or even better, to completely eliminate that screen and let you go to the TITUS webpage straight away after having selected "Pay at close with Titus $0 due until the home sell". which makes more sense. They have an extra window that's confusing.
