• Included mileage (ex, 30 miles) from each photographer’s home base.

• Automatically add a trip fee only after that mileage.

• Have the system factor this into proximity scheduling so the closest available photographer is chosen.

This way, shoots within our normal service area stay simple and included (no penny-pinching vibes), but for further drives, both the business and the photographer are fairly covered. It keeps pricing transparent, protects profit, and makes scheduling way more efficient.
