Variable Pricing by $/sq. footage

It would be useful to have a variable pricing option based on cost per square footage. For example, I have photography packages that are $0.80/sq. foot over 2500 sqft. Up to 2500 sqft is a fixed price but beyond that is where the variable pricing starts. Right now the pricing when ordering is not accurate for the client which could cause some confusion. Thanks!
