Variable pricing work as intended but on the Order

When I sell a variable price package, it shows up in the order or invoice to the agent as a "per sq ft surcharge" and the bundle is said to cost $0, and all the money is a surcharge on the order. Seems super odd, would like to see something as followed.

$150 Bundle Price

$50 Surcharge for sq ft
