VIP Settings

It would be nice to have a spot in the settings where you can set some global benefits for VIPs. For example I would like to be able to tag a realtor OR company with VIP status, and then they get an amount or percentage off all orders. This way if I make VIP status something that can be achieved and lost (like having done a minimum amount of orders the month before) I can just toggle it on or off.
