Web Accessibility Standards / Font and Color customization

I've noticed some colors that don't have a great contrast with each other across the website. Minimum contrast for web accessibility is 4.5. For example, the gray text in the order form against its white background is a 3.6.

It would be ideal to have this meet standards by default, but also maybe give us the ability to adjust color and fonts on the order page.
