The property website themes are the weakest part of Spiro — and the only reason I can’t fully switch. Everything else is incredible, but the websites feel broken and unpolished, and that’s what clients get delivered.
Spiro is one of the most complete platforms out there.
But the website templates are stopping me. I’m forced to use Show & Tours just for property delivery because I can’t confidently send a Spiro link to a client. Here’s why:
Some themes don’t let you remove agent sections from the Property Info section.
One theme literally says “View All20Photos” (missing space).
Contact form is inconsistent – sometimes missing, sometimes a button, no control.
Title layout is inconsistent across sections. For example in the Template 1 theme:
3D Tour: top-left, in a black box
Gallery: on top of image, no box
Video: more to the right, outside of a white box.
Floorplan: also outside of a white box, but more left
Map: same position as floorplan, with no white box
Realtor® and Equal Housing logos are auto-applied with no option to hide them.
These feel like bugs, not design choices. And even if they are design choices, we need control.
Option to toggle agent sections (from property info especially), contact forms (as a separate item? or even just a toggle under Contact Info), and the ability to remove those logos
Consistent layout across all media types on the same theme
Fix small bugs and typos
Most importantly: custom CSS support, like Squarespace and Dubsado, so we can fix things ourselves
I’d even design a clean, usable theme if I could. I just need one good one and I can finally stop stitching together other tools.
This is the only thing holding Spiro back from being the perfect solution in my opinion.
Heres images of the titles:

Heres the typo:

I really wish these can be removed:
